MESSAGE TOPIC: THE PROFIT OF THE WORD OF GOD

SERVICE OBJECTIVE(S): Understanding the profitability of the Word or how profitable the Word of God is
We live in days where people are literally making a living with lovelessness and hatred (2 Tim. 1-3KJV,BBE,AMP,NLT,MSG,GNT)
The Word of God teaches us to profit (Jer. 29:10; Heb. 6:5)
The Word of God is calculated for the delivery of good
WHAT IS THE PROFIT OF THE WORD?
1. The Word of God builds us up spiritually (Acts 20:32; Matt. 4:4)
The Word of God necessary for the construction of spiritual life
Spiritual giants are made from Word diet; Spiritual dwarfs are made from lack of Word ingestion
2. The Word of God connects us to our inheritance in God (Acts 20:32; 2 Pet. 1:3-4; Ps. 24:1; Phil. 4:19)
The Word of God gives us access to our bill of rights and privileges in God (Ps. 24:1)
The Word of God gives you the basis of your expectations
The Word of God shows you the authority to exercise
3. The Word of God is a purifier and sanctifier of life (Ps. 119:9, 11; Eph. 5:26; John 15:3)
To be in touch with the Word is to walk in tenderness or clearness of conscience
Out of touch with the Word means stepping into the worst of your life
4. The Word of God is fuel for prayer life (Hos. 14:2; John 15:7; 1 Kings 18:36-37; Isa. 41:21; 43:26)
Potency of prayer and vibrancy of faith are both fuelled by the Word
Word-based prayers are answers-guaranteed prayers
Wordless prayer is worthless prayer
5. The Word of God is fuel for spiritual fire (Jer. 5:14; 20:9; 23:29)
The fullness of Word is fullness of spiritual fire; the absence of Word is absence of spiritual fire.
6. The Word of God is trigger for spiritual power (Eccl. 8:4; Luke 4:32,36; 1 Thess. 1:5; Heb. 1:3)
Worded people are powerful people
To be Worded is to be wired with power
If you don’t want to be powerless, ensure that you are not wordless.
Worded people in the Bible were power brokers e.g. Moses, Elijah, and Paul the Apostle
Study the raw Book and look for power
The Word of God intoxicates you, and powerizes your life.
COUNSEL:
Don’t just read or study the Word, trust God to access the profit of the Word.
PRAYER:
Father, I receive the installation of this revelation at this place of supplication; help me Lord to experience spiritual build up by the Word, help me to access my inheritance by the Word, help me to experience sanctification and purification by the Word, help me Lord to fuel my prayer life by the Word, help me to receive spiritual fire by the Word and help me Lord to access spiritual power by the Word Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
– Any pit they have dug for you and your loved ones, those who dug it shall enter into their pit!
– Every arrow from the pit of hell fired in your direction is retrieved and refired back to hell!
– Everything that is locked and closed in your life is opened now!
